  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). We will produce a detailed multi-level IMS that can also be linked to a WBS. Our engineering managers and project engineers will help you identify the necessary events, accomplishments criteria, and tasks.


  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Project engineers and managers will help you to identify the necessary work elements for your project and develop a WBS structure that can be effectively used for planning and control.


  • System Engineering Plan (SEP). Our systems engineering experience and SEP templates can be leveraged to develop a plan that outlines the top-level technical approach and processes.


  • Risk Management Plan (RMP). CPC risk managers and subject matter experts will identify project risks and produce plans for tracking their mitigation throughout the project.


  • Organizational Charters, Plans, and Processes. We will work with your managers to develop a success-oriented and fully integrated project organization with complete definitions of engineering charters, interfaces, plans, and processes.


  • Program, Project, and Integrated Product Team Leadership. CPC has extensive experience in providing project management leadership and accountability to ensure delivery of products to cost/schedule goals.


  • Subcontract Management and Vendor Oversight. CPC can manage your sub-contract vendor activities to cost, schedule and technical performance requirements with and ensure there are no surprises at delivery.


  • Configuration Management/Change Control (CM). We have processes and tools for managing and communicating changes to the various products that are produced throughout the project lifecycle. We can recommend commercial tools to meet the specific needs of the program and help deploy them at your facilities.


  • Issue Tracking. We have tools and processes for tracking issues to resolution and relating issues to change documentation.
