  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) – Project engineers and managers work with you to indentify the necessary work elements for your project and develop a WBS structure that can be effectively used for planning and control.
  • System Engineering Plan (SEP) – Our systems engineering experience and SEP templates can be leveraged to develop a plan that outlines a top-level technical approach and processes.
  • Risk Management Plan (RMP) – Control Point risk managers and subject matter experts will outline project risks, and produce plans for tracking risks and their mitigation throughout the project.
  • Organizational Charters, Plans, and Processes – We will work with your managers to develop a success-oriented and fully integrated project organization with complete definitions of engineering charters, interfaces, plans and processes.
  • Program, Project, and Integrated Product Team Leadership — Control Point has extensive experience in providing project management leadership and accountability, ensuring delivery of products to you at cost and on schedule.
  • Subcontract Management and Vendor Oversight – We can manage your subcontract vendor activities on any projects, and assure cost parameters, scheduling and technical performance requirements are met.
